Is it fair if Yahweh sends me to hell for not believing he exist?

Believers say Yahweh is a loving, fair, God. If so, how can he send me to hell for not believing he exist? I mean he left no evidence at all that he exist, NONE! Then he gave me a logical thinking brain to use, and the brain he gave me tells me he does not exist. So isn't it his fault that I believe he does not exist? So technically it wouldn't be fair if he sent me to hell, would it?
