Why does Yahweh, supposedly the "one true God", share all His attributes with the pagan god Baal Hadad...?

It is possible that Yahweh and Baal Hadad are the same. However, from the studies I've looked at about the early Hebrew religions, Yahweh was in a pantheon with Baal and Ashera, among other gods. Yahweh was a war god, whereas Ball was a god of weather and fertility, and Ashera was a goddess of nature and fertility. Both Baal and Ashera are mentioned in the modern Bible as being false gods that the Israelites turned to instead of Yahweh. This is easily explained as an incomplete edit when the Israelites changed from being polytheists to monotheists during the 6th century BCE when 2nd Isaiah added his commentary. His similar characteristics, in this case, could be explained because they are in the same pantheon.
