Is Satan really that bad?

As Satan's creator, God is personally responsible for everything he does. What? God had no control? He's all powerful. He didn't know what Satan would do? He's all knowing. Actually, this same logic holds true for Hitler. And for me. Not my fault God made me exactly as I am and He knew everything I would do in my life the moment He made me. He's making me write this.
