14 and trying to learn how to budget and save money?

I have one coming in the mail and I wanna know if its good. I'm 14 and I'm learning how to save and budget. Because I'll admit I'm totally spoiled and my mom and grandparents buy me whatever I want. My big sister just finished her first year in college and she doesn't have a job or make any of her own money. My mom and grandparents just fill up her account every week. They bought her car, pay for her gas and everything. She's not independent at all. I don't wanna be like that. So I need all the detail. Are the fees high? And like how much does it cost to add money each time. I'm making about $100 a week starting tomorrow for doing a couple chores like the dish washer and stuff. So is it good for that? I wanna shop online too. Any fees?? Please tell me details!!
