How do I get Roller Tycoon 1 working on my computer?

I put it in and it shows a little paper icon and says roller coaster tycoon under it. I clicked it and it opens a file browser with folders saying: American, Data, Directx, Ereg, Saved Games, Scenarios, Tracks. Then it has a paper with Auto Run under it then there is a diamond with cogs on it and under it it says Dsetup.ddl, Dsetup16.ddl, Dsetup32.ddl,rctrec.exe, Setup.exe, UniFish3.exe. Next a picture of a roller coaster under it it says: Llogo.bmp. Then a roller coaster tycoon sign in blue that under it says SCR16.BMP, SCR256.BMP, SLOGO.BMP. What do I do?
