How to stop helicopter noise in roller coaster tycoon 3?

Okay , so I'm playing , and a message pops up saying something like "The Animal Protection Society are confiscating Patty the polar bear due to extreme neglect " And all of a sudden this super load noise started that sounds just like a helicopter fan thingy . So , I clicked on the message , and it took me up into the sky and it was all messed up , so I used the controls , and it was all weird, but I got back to the screen ,And it wont shut the **** up! I figured I might be in the helicopter , so I've tried doing everything I've found , and NOTHING works . What do I do ? And wtf is going on ?
