How to uninstall a game that wont?

ok so my game Airline tycoon will not uninstall. so i wanted to get rid of it but everytime i go to Add/remove programs and delete it is still there. also i cant install it again then uninstall or do maintnence i've tried. i even tried registry editor but its still sitting there in that Add/Remove programs. i deleted everything that is related to it but nothing
