Should the police officers who left the dogs to die in car on a hot day be prosecuted or was it honest mistake?

The Met Police made no honest mistake. Look, its common knowledge to not leave a dog in a car on a hot day without windows and ventilation any halfwit knows it. Fact is the Police who I despise are worth despising even more. That I am an avid animal lover means this story doesnt sit well with me. I will be petitioning for the entire Met Police force to be contained in a small overheated cell until their death ensues.
