Why do U.S. Borders Books & Music stores carry Irish newspapers?

I noticed that my Borders carries the Irish Independent and another Irish paper. My area isn't known for its Irish heritage or anything, so I thought this was a bit odd. Do all Borders carry these on a regular basis?
