Can i enlist in the Navy as a tier 2?

i just scored a 51 on my asvab, i am a tier 2 i know i am eligible for the Army is there any way i can enlist in the Navy as a Tier 2? I only got my last 20 credits in independent studies, the other 200 credits i got them at a traditional High school
